§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der Website von VQID sowie für die von VQID angebotenen Leistungen, soweit im jeweiligen Vertrag nichts Abweichendes vereinbart wurde.
Hierzu können insbesondere gehören:

- E-Learning-Kurse
- Academy-Zugänge
- Zertifizierungen
- Mitgliedschaften
- sonstige auf der Website angebotene Leistungen

§ 3 Leistungen
Der konkrete Umfang der jeweiligen Leistung ergibt sich aus der Beschreibung des jeweiligen Angebots bzw. dem individuellen Vertrag.
VQID kann insbesondere Schulungen, E-Learning-Angebote, Prüfungen, Zertifizierungen und Mitgliedschaften anbieten.
§ 4 Registrierung und Benutzerkonto
Für bestimmte Leistungen ist die Erstellung eines persönlichen Benutzerkontos erforderlich.
Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, bei der Registrierung wahrheitsgemäße Angaben zu machen.
Zugangsdaten sind vertraulich zu behandeln und dürfen nicht an unberechtigte Dritte weitergegeben werden.
§ 5 Nutzung der Academy
Ein persönlicher Academy-Zugang darf grundsätzlich nur von der hierfür registrierten Person genutzt werden.
Eine Weitergabe oder gemeinsame Nutzung von Zugangsdaten ist nicht zulässig, sofern dies nicht ausdrücklich vereinbart wurde.
§ 6 Schulungen
Die VQID Academy vermittelt Wissen und sensibilisiert für die jeweiligen Schulungs- und Präventionsthemen.
Die Schulungen ersetzen keine medizinische, rechtliche, behördliche, polizeiliche oder sonstige gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Ausbildung oder Beratung.
§ 7 Prüfungen und Zertifikate
Sofern ein Kurs eine Prüfung vorsieht, gelten die jeweiligen Teilnahme- und Prüfungsbedingungen.
Ein Zertifikat bestätigt ausschließlich den erfolgreichen Abschluss der jeweiligen VQID-Schulung bzw. des jeweiligen Zertifizierungsprogramms.
Ein Zertifikat stellt keine staatliche Zulassung oder staatliche Anerkennung dar, sofern dies nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben wird.
§ 8 Preise und Zahlung
Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses angegebenen Preise.
Sofern gesetzlich erforderlich, werden Steuern, Gebühren oder sonstige Kosten transparent ausgewiesen.
Die angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden werden im jeweiligen Bestellprozess angegeben.
§ 9 Urheberrecht und geistiges Eigentum
Alle Inhalte der VQID-Website und der VQID Academy können urheberrechtlich oder anderweitig geschützt sein.
Dies betrifft insbesondere:
- Texte
- Schulungsunterlagen
- Lerninhalte
- Grafiken
- Videos
- Bilder
- Prüfungsfragen
- Logos
- Marken
- Zertifikate
Eine Vervielfältigung, Weitergabe, Veröffentlichung oder kommerzielle Nutzung außerhalb der eingeräumten Nutzungsrechte ist nicht gestattet.
§ 10 Sperrung von Benutzerkonten
VQID kann Benutzerkonten vorübergehend sperren oder dauerhaft schließen, wenn ein schwerwiegender Verstoß gegen diese AGB, die Teilnahmebedingungen oder geltendes Recht vorliegt.
Dies gilt insbesondere bei:
- Missbrauch des Benutzerkontos
- Weitergabe von Zugangsdaten
- Manipulation von Prüfungen
- vorsätzlichen Falschangaben
- unberechtigter Weitergabe von Schulungsinhalten
§ 11 Haftung
Die Haftung von VQID richtet sich nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
Die Schulungen dienen der Wissensvermittlung und Prävention.
VQID übernimmt keine Garantie dafür, dass durch die Teilnahme an einer Schulung sämtliche Risiken, Vorfälle oder Straftaten verhindert werden können.
§ 12 Datenschutz
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt gemäß der jeweils aktuellen Datenschutzerklärung von VQID.

§ 13 Änderungen der AGB
VQID kann diese AGB anpassen, wenn dies aufgrund gesetzlicher, technischer oder organisatorischer Änderungen erforderlich ist.
Bei wesentlichen Änderungen werden die betroffenen Nutzer entsprechend den gesetzlichen Anforderungen informiert.
§ 14 Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
Es gilt das jeweils gesetzlich anwendbare Recht.
Bei Verbraucherverträgen bleiben zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften unberührt.

The specific scope of the respective service results from the description of the respective offer or the individual contract.
VQID may, in particular, offer training courses, e-learning offers, examinations, certifications, and memberships.
§ 4 Registration and User Account
The creation of a personal user account is required for certain services.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information during registration.
Access data must be kept confidential and must not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
§ 5 Use of the Academy
A personal Academy access may fundamentally only be used by the person registered for it.
Passing on or sharing access data is not permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise.
§ 6 Training Courses
The VQID Academy imparts knowledge and raises awareness for the respective training and prevention topics.
The training courses do not replace medical, legal, official, police, or other legally prescribed training or advice.
§ 7 Examinations and Certificates
If a course includes an examination, the respective participation and examination conditions apply.
A certificate exclusively confirms the successful completion of the respective VQID training course or the respective certification program.
A certificate does not constitute state approval or state recognition unless this is explicitly stated otherwise.
§ 8 Prices and Payment
The prices stated at the time the contract is concluded apply.
If required by law, taxes, fees, or other costs are transparently indicated.
The offered payment methods are specified in the respective ordering process.
§ 9 Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content of the VQID website and the VQID Academy may be protected by copyright or other means.
This applies in particular to:
- Texts
- Training materials
- Learning content
- Graphics
- Videos
- Images
- Exam questions
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Certificates
Reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use outside the granted rights of use is not permitted.
§ 10 Blocking of User Accounts
VQID can temporarily block or permanently close user accounts if there is a serious violation of these GTC, the conditions of participation, or applicable law.
This applies in particular in the event of:
- Misuse of the user account
- Disclosure of access data
- Manipulation of examinations
- Intentional false statements
- Unauthorized disclosure of training content
§ 11 Liability
The liability of VQID is determined in accordance with statutory provisions.
The training courses serve the purpose of knowledge transfer and prevention.
VQID assumes no guarantee that by participating in a training course, all risks, incidents, or crimes can be prevented.
§ 12 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the current privacy policy of VQID.

§ 13 Changes to the GTC
VQID may adapt these GTC if this is necessary due to legal, technical, or organizational changes.
In the event of significant changes, affected users will be informed in accordance with legal requirements.
§ 14 Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The respective legally applicable law shall apply.
In the case of consumer contracts, mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected.

§ 3 Servicios
El alcance específico del servicio respectivo resulta de la descripción de la oferta correspondiente o del contrato individual.
VQID puede ofrecer, en particular, cursos de formación, ofertas de e-learning, exámenes, certificaciones y membresías.
§ 4 Registro y Cuenta de Usuario
Para ciertos servicios, es necesario crear una cuenta de usuario personal.
El usuario se compromete a proporcionar información veraz durante el registro.
Los datos de acceso deben tratarse de forma confidencial y no deben transmitirse a terceros no autorizados.
§ 5 Uso de la Academy
Un acceso personal a la Academy, por lo general, solo puede ser utilizado por la persona registrada para ello.
No se permite transferir o compartir los datos de acceso, a menos que se haya acordado expresamente lo contrario.
§ 6 Cursos de Formación
La VQID Academy transmite conocimientos y sensibiliza sobre los temas respectivos de formación y prevención.
Los cursos de formación no reemplazan la formación o el asesoramiento médico, legal, oficial, policial u otro tipo prescrito legalmente.
§ 7 Exámenes y Certificados
Si un curso incluye un examen, se aplican las respectivas condiciones de participación y examen.
Un certificado confirma exclusivamente la finalización exitosa del curso de formación respectivo de VQID o del programa de certificación respectivo.
Un certificado no constituye una aprobación estatal o reconocimiento estatal, a menos que se indique expresamente lo contrario.
§ 8 Precios y Pago
Se aplican los precios indicados en el momento de la celebración del contrato.
Si lo requiere la ley, los impuestos, las tarifas u otros costos se indicarán de forma transparente.
Los métodos de pago ofrecidos se especifican en el proceso de pedido respectivo.
§ 9 Derechos de Autor y Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido del sitio web de VQID y de la VQID Academy puede estar protegido por derechos de autor o de otra manera.
Esto se aplica en particular a:
- Textos
- Materiales de formación
- Contenido de aprendizaje
- Gráficos
- Videos
- Imágenes
- Preguntas de examen
- Logotipos
- Marcas
- Certificados
No se permite la reproducción, distribución, publicación o uso comercial fuera de los derechos de uso concedidos.
§ 10 Bloqueo de Cuentas de Usuario
VQID puede bloquear temporalmente o cerrar permanentemente las cuentas de usuario si hay una violación grave de estos TCG, las condiciones de participación o la ley aplicable.
Esto se aplica en particular en caso de:
- Mal uso de la cuenta de usuario
- Divulgación de datos de acceso
- Manipulación de exámenes
- Declaraciones falsas intencionales
- Divulgación no autorizada del contenido de formación
§ 11 Responsabilidad
La responsabilidad de VQID se determina de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales.
Los cursos de formación tienen el propósito de transferir conocimientos y prevenir.
VQID no asume ninguna garantía de que al participar en un curso de formación se puedan prevenir todos los riesgos, incidentes o delitos.
§ 12 Protección de Datos
El procesamiento de datos personales se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con la política de privacidad actual de VQID.

§ 13 Cambios en los TCG
VQID puede adaptar estos TCG si esto es necesario debido a cambios legales, técnicos u organizativos.
En caso de cambios significativos, los usuarios afectados serán informados de acuerdo con los requisitos legales.
§ 14 Disposiciones Finales
Si disposiciones individuales de estos TCG fueran o se volvieran inválidas, la validez de las disposiciones restantes no se verá afectada.
Se aplicará la ley aplicable respectiva.
En el caso de los contratos de consumo, las regulaciones obligatorias de protección del consumidor no se verán afectadas.
